Who pays the association maintenance charges when the flat is rented?

It depends on your rent agreement. Some owners include it in the rent, others ask the tenant to pay it directly. We write it into the agreement and check every month that it has been paid.

What happens when my OMR tenant gives notice?

We inspect the flat with photos during the notice period, agree any deposit deductions with you, arrange repairs or repainting if needed, and start looking for the next verified tenant immediately.
